Yes that was when AP express PM was shifted from NDLS to VsKP and its the only LHB train. Now that Tirumala/Korba express, Hirakud/NED have been LHBfied they cannot manage Without Trained staff for LHB manintainance. Regarding the frequent problem encountered that's because of old coaches which were sent instead of new rakes.

Yes this is happening because as SCOR is on talks ECOR is not taking care of VSKP and concentrating completely on RGDA. that's why LHB trained staff are first sent there who are sitting idly and relaxing there. And as IR and RB never take care of Auditing of divisional allotted coach KUR easily capturing new LHB coaches and sending scrap coaches to VSKP showing RB as allotted them to VSKP. when new coaches come they run for 2/3 trips and later it's gone..... overnight every thing will change. and from A.P we have 24 Useless fit for nothing fellows In Parliament who just time pass there and do nothing for atate.
