IR acts as a binding force of the country. Any region still lacking a decent rail connectivity is bound to be less developed than the others. Be it militancy affected Kashmir, insurgency affected North East, naxalism (left wing extremism) affected parts of Central India or any other backward region for that matter. No amount of roads and airports can unite a country as much as trains can do.

IR also ensures a very basic fundamental right of "Freedom of Movement" by taking us from one corner of the country to the other. Come to think of it, it also ensures our "Freedom of Speech & Expression", as we speak our hearts out to our fellow passengers along the journey. People also form associations with the passengers, sometimes they end with the journey and sometimes they go beyond it.

In all its true spirits, Indian Railways is a true reflection of the vision and essence of the constitution.

ABOUT THE VIDEO - It features a compilation of various trains plying on the Delhi - Rewari route which primarily serves the trains coming from western part of the country (Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra) towards the national capital.
