Had a shitty time going from DD to DDCC. But had no choice, ya know? 1. Got to DD at 10 pm. No auto outside near platform 5. 2. Hitched a ride on a bike to the main road, waited 2 mins for an auto. 3. Kind soul took me to platform 1 side, still no auto. 4. Finally got an auto after 3 mins waiting on the main road. Paid 150 bucks to DDCC. Tried bargaining, no luck, stuck there all alone, man. 5. Loads of rickshaws at DDCC. 6. You can't board from the middle of the platform. Gotta walk to the front (Nagar side) to get on. 7. A few food stalls on the platform, but better options outside on the road near DDCC station with a cool dhaba nearby. 8. No signs on the platform, so stand in the middle and decide which way to go. 9. The train hardly stops for 2 mins. Tough for ladies, kids, oldies, and folks with bags. They need some signs, bro.
