I don't think it was a flop train. Many times I traveled in RAC. This train was good intermediate stations
No idea, they may go for entire Taticherla-dmm in a single stretch and ATP remodeling is pending. Otherwise they may leave DMM remodeling for later stage

Many times I have found tickets in current availability. This train use to run with less no of coaches and more number of general coaches m the general coaches are also not that much crowded
