It depends on certain members. If u select incorrect checkboxes, they u will be asked to correct by every TLM. Otherwise if no checkboxes r selected, it depends on TLMs views whether to CNF, or to give fixit to add checkboxes. But adding checkboxes is not at all compulsory, & just optional.
