"Easy on Pockets", how do you define that for projects that will take more than 5 years to complete ??
Same thing was said about Delhi Metro (Unfeasible, expensive, will increase the traffic due to pillars being made on busy roads, environmental damages etc.)
How are you terming the project as "expensive" without even looking at the bigger picture ?
