any thing charting time 09:30 or 09:32 comes under 09:45 it was explained by Tanu1995

But bro, time is when PNR gets into "Charting in progress" state. Now charting can take 1-2 hour also, we will not update that time. Because one day, charting will be done in secs, another day 1 hour.
