And let it run empty ?? It will be very beneficial if DHN/BKSC get Intercity connection to ROU/SBP.

Yes, but what will happen to Ranchi ?? Jammu Sambalpur Express used to originate from Ranchi, can Ranchi now get seats in same train ??
Some trains are meant for dedicated intra state connection and should be left that way.
If anywhere this could be sent to Jasidih/Deoghar once pitlines get completed.

Its ICE , not a long distance train. There are lots of trains running between RNC-DHN apart from good bus connectivity. Try to understand the context as well. How many people are booking 2S seats in this train ? Let us fill 1000+ seats going empty daily first.
Extension to ROU/SBP will need more than 1 rake which is not available.
i agree with surjit basu. if ice type trains are from rou/sbp to bksc/dhn via ckp prr would be the best. route is both shorter and faster
