Prior to B1 there are two 3AC coaches (as visible in click here )
Those both coaches have their number written on paper and placed in middle so they seem to be BE only.
Pl check once

Surely he is bluffing now
Now look that the BE 1 and BE 2 are attested as paper TB, earlier it was (while being placed on PF) a display board written B7 and B8. I can assure you that this board removed on station and BE1 and BE2 sticked according to IRCTC charts. Purely error of CDO.
