guts to restore as SF by removing halts and run as tri weekly. Amritsar people can come to Jalandhar (55kms so no matter) if no train to Chennai to Amritsar was introduced . For Bengaluru people i think so Kongu express can be extended to Amritsar (passes both via Bengaluru and Hyderabad,) Note the first pic: Newly introduced Sogaria New Delhi Intercity express which was known as "Politician SF express" has still many seats empty.
