Posting a Sample form for buying a ticket with telescopic fare,taking a example of recent discussion reg the same with one of our members.Views regarding the same are very much welcome..

I had tried for me with mobile van and was shown also, the trains were, golden temple and pooja exp(aii-jat), I had asked for transfer at jrc but was told nzm can be given only, I had seen also. Previously I was able to do transfer at any station.
No idea why you were denied. Circular Journey rules do have such conditions but usually BJ/OJ do not.
This was onward journey, at least I was offered this. But the stn nzm I had myself seen. May be you are right, I was denied. For onwards journey telescopic benefit is definitely being denied.
