Where should I get off to get to New Delhi before 4 p.m.? Should I get off at Gaziabad or Hazrat Nizamuddin? How can I get to New Delhi railway station from where I get off?

Travelled in this train in A1 coach. Seeing on board catering available we decided not to take food for dinner. Then we ran into trouble as we found nobody coming to take order for dinner. On asking the attendant about it I got the reply that as it was a short overnight journey, there was no arrangement for dinner.
