I think so they had cancelled Kandari express permanently and replacing Digha Shatabdi as Digha intercity
Kandari and Tamralipta have RSA. In the LHBfication Notification by SER, it was mentioned that whenever Kandari will be restored, it will be given LHB since it is in RSA pair of Tamralipta
Coaches gone to ECOR
As i was saying in March 2022, many Antodaya coaches in the rake of HWH-DGHA Tamrolipto Exp is replaced by LWSCZ coaches. Still few r remaining in the rake and will be replaced soon.
