Wrong decision to bring back unreserved coach because the crowd in UP Bihar trains are beyond the capacity and people who don't get space in the coach travel in toilets throughout the journey and now it will begin again. Atleast 2S ensured that there was a limit to the crowd and people had access to toilets.
