You will get full amount ...if ticket will not confirm after deduction of Rs.60 for SL , Rs. 90 for 3A or ACCC, Rs. 120 for 2A. If tickets get confirm and then you choose to cancelled 50% cancellation charges will be deducted on ticket amount.
