How do locomotives go from BCT to CSMT and vice versa? Do they have to go all the way from CSMT-Diva-Vasai-BCT?

Loco sharing arrangement will be there between zones. Even if loco goes to WR (MMCT) , it doesn't go idle to CSMT(CR) , just bcoz it is nearer. Both are different zones and it will go only with some rake.

Yes locos are shared or run in other zone as per loco maintainance schedule and have a common transfer point. But Central and CSMT are in two zones with no common loco transist point and there is no point in sending loco empty haul 150km .
Actually my question should be reworded as 'is there a way for trains/locos to go from BCT to CST if necessary'? What is the shortest and most viable route?
