I don't think you have visited. Otherwise, you wouldn't have commented such for NCR.
There are two things which is needed badly to overcome congestion in PRYJ-DDU Section.
1. EDFC operational from Karchana to Chunar (maybe next year)
2. Flyover from Iradatganj to Karchana to avoid scissor crossing over Delhi-Howrah Mainline.

Often people seem to disagree saying that NCR me bahut congestion hai. But look at the fact. Travelling 150km in 8 hours isn't normal. The average speed comes out to be approx 18kmph, a value that can be achieved with a bicycle! Right?
Moreover, NCR hasn't treated all trains likewise. Among BSB LTT, Mail, Mahanagari and PPTA SF some got delayed by 6 while some with 9 hours. Similarly, Tapti Ganga got delayed by 4 hours while GHY LTT seems not have been able to make up and continue to run with the same delay with which it arrived DDU.
Moreover, NCR hasn't treated all trains likewise. Among BSB LTT, Mail, Mahanagari and PPTA SF some got delayed by 6 while some with 9 hours. Similarly, Tapti Ganga got delayed by 4 hours while GHY LTT seems not have been able to make up and continue to run with the same delay with which it arrived DDU.
Everything depends on congestion. As we all know that There are Freight Traffic also. Freight load is very high in PRYJ-DDU Section. So they create more congestion as they take halt for 10-15 minutes for Crew Changing.
Now if Control stops MKP side trains going towards DDU, for Clearance to PRYJ-DDU mainline trains or vice versa then congestion will go on increasing on either side.
Yes, sometimes we see a weird controlling for eg. Trolling a 130 mps train behind 110, giving precedence to a SF train over Duronto/Humsafar, etc. ...
