I guess Kacheguda comes under Hyderabad Division but not Hyderabad Deccan Nampally since Hyderabad Deccan Nampally is a Railway Terminus that comes under Secunderabad Division but not a Railway Division.

But IndiaRailInfo shows KCG Railway station comes under Hyderabad Deccan Nampally Division which is just a Railway station under SC Division.
