With speedup of 1 hr for Gitanjali and 90 min for Mail RSA can be made like Mail Coromondal as the manintainance schedule of LHB rake is 4000km. HWH YPR distance is same as MUM and returns in 2.5hrs at YPR.
For speedup of TT of both mail and geetu, 130mps speed upgradation of Raigarh bilaspur Raipur section is being awaited.. Although works are almost over.. Some technical delay is there
Currently, Gitanjali rake sits at SRC for 27 hours, and Mail rake sits for almost 14. Minor speed ups can easily have the two share rake. I think a few stoppages for Gitanjali could be dropped (I miss the days when it had few stoppages) and that could save over an hour easily. Karmabhoomi Express has been sped up considerably and now it takes an hour less than Gitanjali. TT still does not reflect 130 speed benefits for any of these trains.
