For the First time VIKRAMSHILA clocking 130kmph with WAP-4.
Due to unavailability of WAP-7 at BGP (Yesterday Wap-7 with Up VS failed at JMP so it was rescued by the WAP-7 which came with 12368) that's why today (Probably VALSAD) P4 is hauling 12367.
