Don't know if somebody did notice or not, KURJ already has more trains than SGRL. Can somebody please shed some light SGRL kabse operational hua, because KURJ to shayad 10 saal k under hi operational hua hai.

Sometimes purpose of section also determines fate , Khajuraho rail line is primarily built to serve tourism i.e. UNESCO sites at Khajuraho and Panna Tiger Reserve , while Singrauli rail line was built for coal transportation. Now this region has influx of people and has emerged as one of biggest industrial hub of India, lets hope now its not get neglected like past.
