when details of 12845 was avbl then why to check 12846,, moreover its a weekly train and last change was of yesterday, then u could have searched for proper sources before re-changing yesterday's info or could have asked the previous updater.
As of current sources+discussions this TL is wrong and this explanation doesn't supports this TL.
