One more charting station required after Palakad. Either GTL or KLBG to fill empty berths. It seems seat distribution is not correct.
For Solapur to Pune it's showing WL145 and after charting it's AVL295.

For KLBG/SUR, charting done before 24 hrs.

One more solution: 12164 has charting station Chennai, even though it departs seats are available in current booking. Same needs to apply for 16382. After departure from Palakad, in next 24 hrs before reaching KLBG/SUR all tickets might get sold in current booking.

Please let me know your views.
