Sorry for your experience. The site has always had controversies from Day 1. I know since I was the one who have had several near-heart-attacks. So long as there are humans, there will be such incidents. You may ignore. We don't appoint monitors based on character or the language they use for private conversations. If we do so, then we'll have a 3-4 absolutely perfect monitors, but then that won't work.
