We gotta do the Final Location Survey (FLS) for these Bypass/Flyover Projects, you know: (i) From Adra to Joychandipahar, (ii) From Rukhni to Anara, (iii) From Burnpur to Asansol, (iv) From Gaurinath Dham to Purulia (Chandil end), (v) At Bankura (For Kharagpur side to Masagram side), (vi) From Khanudih to Gomoh, and (vii) From Talgoria to Bhojudih in Adra division. Oh, and 5 of these flyovers, they're just for freights. So the freight trains from the northeast can go straight without any hassles. It'll be a shortcut from Kharagpur to Haldia or Paradeep, you know. And we gotta make sure the flyovers reduce congestion in Joc as well.

Yeah, I've seen those surveys. They're saying that in the future, the BQA-MSAE HBC connection and if Bowaichandi-khana NL is completed, this line will be full of freight trains and long mail/exp/sf trains. KGP-HWH, HWH-BWN, and even other routes in the Adra division will have reduced load because all Northeast bound mail/exp/sf trains will be diverted through these routes, along with a lot of freight trains. They will also triple the MDN-BQA route.

What's up with the Khana - Bowaichandi-Khana new line? This year's budget only covers the Arambag - Bowaichandi project, not Bowaichandi-Khana.
