Already there are 140+ cancellations, you can book still it has chances of confirmation...
Kerala express passes through Warangal which is 10kms from Kazipet.

Not very clear on that whether you get tickets easily from Warangal. But heard many people do try that option as Sabari takes more time.
A new train must be given 2 kerala from Hyd in the next budget....
