they will never do anything to change it, RPF are in the train for namesake and basically not to catch touts and thieves, only to harass passengers while they smoke and make money out of them by this way, instead of providing security passengers they are only hell bent on catching people who may be having a smoke or two and harass them to make money .. thats what RPF are for and thats what they do
