Then how come ECR which have high Freight traffic has poor operating ratio?ECR has very good Freight revenue compared to WCR and NCR. Right?
According to your point ECR must be at No.4 but it is not so why?
I agree this OR depends on both Freight+Passenger sector. But if your passenger sector has too much unnecessary trains and r making LOSS , then inspite of good Freight Traffic you r making poor Operating Ratio.
