Is Boarding Point change facility available in Tatkal & Current Booking ?

Available for Tatkal, have booked in TQ with boarding point change

I remember bp change is not allowed within 24hr of train departure. Hence tq me you can change bp, but current me not possible.
Even you can change BP before Charting within 24 hours but after Changing BP you can't eligible for Refund on cancellations unless your ticket partial confirm
