Never once I thought I'd see the coaches used in Rajdhani Trains (LHB) at Rewa with Electric Locomotive of all things 😂

was same EXACT rake with which I came on 10th April, maintenance of coach (A1) was typical NR Jugaad.
Basic cleaning done at Platform, way better condition than what it was at Anand Vihar Terminal that day.
It was hauled by Itarsi WAP 4 with Itarsi WAG 9 HC in Shut off mode till Satna where Ghaziabad WAP 7 took over. There was a TKD WAP 7 as well at Platform# 2 of Rewa which I thought would be the link for my train, but it stayed there probably for Rewanchal Express.
Ticket checking done just before reaching Satna Junction.
HUMONGOUS rush at Satna Junction for this train. Same goes for Prayagraj as well, train captain of the train was from Prayagraj Division and boarded at Prayagraj Junction.
Considerable rush at Sirathu and Fatehpur for this train as well, especially Sirathu.

I might try them but odd timing is an issue at Prayagraj Junction for Shiv Ganga Express, plus it remains already full.
12582 still has decent timings for New Delhi Prayagraj Strech and would be tried surely. Return timings 12581 is not that suitable, if i have to go with that then I'd rather take Rajdhani till New Delhi.
I would've loved to have Allahabad Duronto in this situation, had it existed I would've used Rewa Express only for Rewa Prayagraj Strech 😂 before moving into Duronto but now it's no more, vice

Humsafar only helps AC 3 Tier and Sleeper Passengers. I agree that Prayagraj Express has good amount of AC 2 Tier and AC First coaches but nothing beats the convenience of having another option with all classes.
Look at the trains you've mentioned here.
Both are amazing and same should've happened with Prayagraj as well. Plus the whole ANVT/NDLS thing is idiotic- they already have a 4 day slot at NDLS, it'd be much easier to make it Daily and remove this whole some days ANVT some days New Delhi thing altogether.

As far as Coach Maintenance is concerned.
Mosquitoes in trains at ANVT are something I had expected given it's proximity to great Ghazipur Gutter.
Problem is: Taps, Flush Knobs, Toilet jets..... Everything is in shambles and Just remaining there through jugaad. When you lift the tap for water, water comes from above the tap through gap. This is not the type of maintenance someone expects in AC 2 Tier, same was true for some of other AC Coaches as well.

cannot imagine what Sleeper of Unreserved Coach looks like traveling in it.
Windows aren't cleaned from Inside, I had to use a Napkin myself while OBHS Guy shamelessly watched. When I showed the amount of dirt on my napkin others also started complaining and he ran away stating it's due to ANVT.
If Railways is hell bent on turning trains into Semi AC Superfast Trains the least they could do is actually maintain them.
Yes, it can be one off situation but it's more frequent with NR and ECoR trains.

Look at the width of the platform for #2 & #3. Just can't believe they have made its width so narrow considering traffic in upcoming years. Why management don't consider basic things regarding passengers convenience?!

Rewa doesn't experience that much rush. Even in Upcoming years it won't experience the rush that we see in Prayagraj or similar cities.
This much width is enough.
Also high rush trains like Rewanchal Express and Anand Vihar Terminal Express are placed on Platform #1 mainly. Even if they're placed on Platforms 2 & 3 it is highly unlikely we'd see 2 Extremely High Rush trains standing side by side at the same time.

only issue here is Low Platform Height, especially for LHB Trains. It's highly problematic, especially for Older Aged People.
