Yes they are available now. Yesterday one RF travelled in SC Rajdhani (RSA partner of TVC Rajdhani). Curtains are back and Linen was provided.
I recently booked a ticket in irctc for other train. I got official message from IR. Please go through the below link for list of trains providing linen
