Mughalsarai was such a better name. Recently went to Buxar , Almost everyone one in queue said he wanted tickets of Mughalsara none said the current name Deen dayal upadhaya , still people and staff are very much comfortable with Mughalsarai name. Its a feeling not just a station or yard.

People specially the older generation still call mumbai as bombay or bambai,chennai as madras,vadodara as baroda and kolkata as calcutta..

Same is followed for Allahabad. 95% Locals calls it as Allahabad only, not Prayagraj. Prayagraj name is only followed on papers.
