Jairam Ramesh likely to replace Mukul Roy as RM

I would prefer jairam Ramesh as RM, He had done most of the usefull deeds when he was environment minister, but he raised a voice against lavasa project influenced by politicians he was removed and given rural delopment.
I think he will do a wonderfull job if he is given this portfolio

No doubt that can he do a better job. But he is not having enough time. As indian i don't like to see 3 RM's in single year. I felt bad for it...Any ways hope things get better soon.
