bro.. I know 1m halt at SC is ridiculous but instead of asking admin such rude way, you should have asked the same to authorities who prepared such TT's right ???
Did you Check IRCTC for this train TT and saw halt time at SC ? check the screenshot attached from IRCTC... Admins/TL's will only approve the TTs that are there in NTES/IRCTC...they are not people creating these TT's right ?

You should not be so rude before blaming anyone first u should check the IRCTC official website
Giving one minute halt is a foolish ness i understand but there is no need of Loco change. It runs via GNT which is electrified and also upto wadi or solapur it can run with eloco. Now that almost electrification upto Pune is completed it can anytime soon run end to end with eloco. Still SC being major junction should have given atleast 5mins halt. But it's not IRI fault
