1. FZR janta has been cancelled by IR
2. There is comparatively lesser traffic on BRC Kota line than BSL ET line
3. CR always keeps on crying regarding congestion

You must check the occupancy of these legendary trains, nobody will think of diverting them.
I was certainly expecting such a response, but you've gotta keep in mind that many times occupancy is not driven by the route but the origin and destination.
Also, I haven't proposed any specific train.

These trains serve origin and destinations as well very very important intermediate destinations like shirdi and others, which makes them impossible to divert.
