Shri Birari,
I have gone through. Same case and hence same applicability. But one thing you will note - the negligence or non attentiveness of the charting clerk for New Delhi quota. He had atleast five berths vacant which he allotted to the BPL passengers. Berth Nos. are from 57 to 60 and 20 in the same coach S-10. The senior PNR is of the 4 Passengers and next was of the 3 passengers. Hence all 4 from the earlier and 1 from the later have been confirmed...

Yes sir, rightly observed. But is this allocation done manually by the clerk, or is it done by the system automatically, which would have given the vacant seats serially to the passengers.

It is not just the Computer, Charting Clerk has his / her say over there. He / She could have easily maintained all 4 together berths to the PNR of 4 passengers.
