about when the chart will be prepared for a ticket having reservation from in between.
In this case, it is sure that Bhopal has some different charting station (may be itself, probably) than New Delhi. So the charting will separately be done for Bhopal. Till that charting is not done (it is a techincal execution also), the Bhopal Quota PNRs will show 'Charting not done'.
However, New Delhi charting has been done within New Delhi Quota, they found 4 seats vacant for the leg of the subject Passenger Group (BPL - KPG) and they have allotted those berths.
Hence, it shows charting not done and still berths allotted.
