I paid for 3A but they accommodating me in 3E. will I get any refund?
Also, how different is 3E coach from 3A? I hope it's sleeper and not sitting.

3E is cramped 3A layout with no linen facility.

Linen is not available even in 3A due to covid measures

I think you have to file TDR for that.
Now linen resumed in all ac classes.
3E alignment is same as SL. 8X10 + 1 extra bay 3 seats total 83.
