Gwalior is the kingdom of Scindhias... Gwalior Royals are in prominently in National Politics.
So the Govt naturally does some curtsies to those who are their Chieftains. This makes balance. Further late Shri Madhav Rao Scindhia from Gwalior was RM so it is the long history told in short. Gwalior Station is taken care as well as the route
