ADI UDZ GC mein directly 60kg rails use ho rahe hai...It will provide high speed and less jerks during journey in this section....
Initially MPS 80-90 kmph hi rhega.. After 1-2 yrs 100 kmph m upgrade kar denge
The gradient and curve factor also plays a big role. It is advised to remove unnecessary curves, and gradients should be also taken care appropriately.
ABS is not compulsary. The CNB-PRYJ section wasn't having ABS, still it allowed 130.
Similarly ddu - jaj section, only Absolute block signaling is used. May be it is upgraded now. Other members of the same region...

Putting 60 kg rails will not remove jerks. 60 kg rails are used for high tensile strength and tare weight.
The earth work and ballast work underneath sleepers are the biggest factors for smooth journey and finally the continuous welded tracks.
