For the first time BSP gets direct allocations and not transfer or change in allocations - *WAG 9HC 33576* and *WAG 9HC 33596* to *WAG 9HC 33598* allocated to _SECR/BSP_.

It would have been better had some p4 were transferred to bsp shed. Freshly poHed Bsp p4 with lhbfied Amarkantak Express would have been a nice combo.
In any case, 3-4 ET wap4 are anyways always stabled at Bsp ETS.
But this looks less probable as it is now perhaps deemed to be freight loco shed

Target of WAP production is only 50 in 2022-3 and all are WAP 7s to be rolled out from PMW.
