Ranchi and Hatia station are fulfilling the requirement of Bokaro station. In terms of trains and seats also, the number of seats allotted to Ranchi is same as that of Bokaro.
SER is mainly focussing on Ranchi than steel city Bokaro,they had neglected this city too much.Despite they earn huge money from Bokaro by freights,agar SER Bokaro mein passenger train facilities develop karta toh Ranchi se kuch long distance yahan se chall Raha hotta.
You go to any state of India, the capital gets more priority everywhere because there is connectivity from the capital to every big to small all different places in their state.
And the capital is the most important place of any state.

Yes I knew but in jharkhand many cities like dhanbad, jamshedpur,Bokaro don't getting any dedicated train excluding Dubeyjee area and Ranchi.Capital ko trains honna chhiye but dusare badde Sahar ko neglect v nhi rakhna chahiye,SER passenger facilities Ranchi mein focused hain and freights Bokaro mein.Jamshedpur is bigger than Ranchi still depends on passing trains of Kolkata.
It is not the same everywhere.
BPL is the capital of MP, Nobody will say BPL is the most important city in MP.
INDB is heads and shoulders above BPL.
Similar is the case of Jharkhand. Jamshedpur is easily 1.5 times bigger than Ranchi and Dhanbad has an economy that is even bigger than Jamshedpur's.
