It Feels Sad that Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel failed to foresee this alienation of Cachhar District in Assam from Rest of India. He should had opposed giving away of Full Sylhet District to E. Pakistan. It would had been better if Northern parts of the Sylhet district bordering with Meghalaya now were permanently given to India. Some thing like this( See Images) Companyganj to Cherrapunji NG Toy Train Railway was also laid in 1890 & after 1897 Assam Earthquake, it was closed in 1902.
