One of my friend has cancelled a confirmed 2A ticket for today night at 20.05 hrs in 12260 Duronto Express. The time of cancellation was 14.00 hrs. today. But, while cancelling, Rs. 361 has been cut from his irctc account instead of Rs. 60, as usual cutting. The chart was not prepared then. So, what could be the reason ??
