no, hwh and sdah raj need spares rakes because they run 10+ hours late during winter because of fog, all east bound rajdhanis have extra rakes for this purpose so that the delay chain is not continued in winter
wohi toh me keh raha hu ki har train me kabhi be technical snag ho sakta hai aisliye har train ko spare rakes dena chiye and jaha tak sharing ki baat aate hai railwasy ek unit hai of railway ministry decide karta hai ki kisko kya milna chahiye mein aur aap nahi!!!!!!
