You've raised a very interesting issue. Found this on irctc app too. The fare between BJRI and BSP is always less tha BSP BJRI.
Can anybody shed some light as to why is this happening?

Railmadad yahan seriously bilkul kaam na aayega. This must be raised with irctc (suspecting an error given by that) or indian railways itself through twitter, email, etc.
