Still our Ministry of Railways is called an efficient institution?

High speed rail conceptualised about 10,yrs back and was now grounded in 2021-22. if things don't roll out now India will lag in de element of high speed rail projects for another 10yrs till 2025-30. Instead of seeing it as how many people will use we need to look at the empolyment opportunities directly and direct empolyment frvte next 30yrs because of HSR ecosystem. Its an parallel infrastructure development along with IR and the same has been done in China too.
