SECR cares for tourists and want to show them evening view of dudh sagar waterfalls, hence it initiates the delays by 2-3 hours ...rest of the job is finished by SCR and SWR. :D
Even by running on time views of DDS waterfalls can be enjoyed. I once was complaining why is it not made to run as SF by speeding up which i thought was possible but now thank god its not SF.
Its not such that SECR is limited by capacity or infra wise to be not be able to run trains on time. Its just that its overwhelmed these days by coal supply demand by power plants all over the country. Jharsuguda- Bilaspur section in particular is overloaded despite 36 pairs of trains cancelled/ not restored after covid.
May be after monsoon showers demand will reduce and passengers trains will get a say in track share.

Yeah all trains seem to be running late in SECR. Let's hope situation improves in future after this coal crisis is over.
