Who will give slots for your proposed route.NCR will give many reasons of operations constraints to operate new trains by the way One Vishakapatnam train should run to Lucknow via Varanasi and one to Kanpur via Jabalpur - Prayagraj.
Ok will wait until than if it happens by the way VSKP-NDLS four trains they have and one more you want till NDLS it will be better to run till UP cities which are not connected.

But delhi takk challake equal benefit (quota) nahin millega aapne jo Sahar mention Kiya + lucknow inko direct connectivity ki need hain as they don't have any connection to VSKP being a big cities of UP.
