Please flag this proposed Bi-Weekly SF Express between DHN and HW using the ICF Rake of 13351 after it's LHBfication.
Train follows the slot of 13167 from DHN to LKO however slack between BSB and LKO was so large that I diverted it via AYC.

slack present due to single line and extreme congestion at Lucknow bro.
Bro Even previously Ayodhya Cantt - Lucknow -Ayodhya Cantt Passenger used to 3h 10m do with 16 stoppages.
